Executive Chef & Sous Chef

WE ARE SEEKING: Executive Chef
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS & TASKS:
o Creating seasonal menus and review current menus
o Creating monthly specials and special event menus
o Maintain budgets and costs at industry standard levels
o Implantation of a culinary team, teaching and following procedures
o Ensure level of quality and consistency
o Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate assignments
o Scheduling, tracking and supervising kitchen team.

REQUIREMENTS:
o Executive Chef Experience a MUST
o Knowledge and experience in variety of different cuisines and techniques
o Strong kitchen and leadership skills together with the ability to be a team player
o Excellent inter-personal skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks in a stressful environment
o Must be organized, self-motivated and proactive
o Must have strong attention to details
o SERVSAFE certification
Experience with food cost, inventory, food control and labor cost
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus++
WEEKLY SALARY:
$1200 - $1400 plus bonus opportunities based on experience.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
